How many cookies come in a custom order?
This is completely up to you! However, we do have a minimum order size of least one dozen cookies.
How much does a dozen cookies cost?
Since every single cookie is handmade with fresh, quality ingredients, it can be difficult to give a one-size fits all price for custom cookie orders! Reach out and we'll give you a quote based on whatever cookie quantities, flavors, and decorations you want!
Do you offer gift packaging or ingredients info?
Each sugar cookie comes individually heat sealed to ensure maximum freshness. Individually packaged cookies also provide additional protection for the health and safety of your guests. Labels on each cookie, multipack box, or platter state the ingredients. Individual boxes and/or bows are also available for an additional fee.
I received my quote. Now how do I place my order?
We will send you an invoice with details of your order. It is due upon receipt in order to reserve your pick-up date. Payments may be made online. We do not accept checks, Venmo, or PayPal. After receiving your quote, it is your responsibility to confirm or pass within 24 hours. Failure to pay your invoice in full cancels your order and frees the date for someone else.
When and where can I pick up my order?
When inquiring about available dates, please keep in mind that my calendar can fill up quickly and availability is subject to change. Inquiring about a date does not reserve your spot on my calendar. Dates are only reserved when your order has been paid in full. Orders may be picked up in Washington, Indiana. I will provide my address when scheduling a pickup time. You may send someone in your place, but please let me know who to expect. Orders must be picked up at the agreed upon time. Reach out if you are running late or need to change your pickup time. Failure to pick up or reach out to me after 72 hours may result in your order being forfeit. No refund or credit will be issued.
Can I change my order after I have already paid?
I will do my best to accommodate your request for changes to cookie designs, quantities, or dates. All changes must be requested in writing at least 2 weeks before your event and may be subject to additional fees.
What's your refund/cancellation policy?
All sales are final. If you are not satisfied with your order, all uneaten cookies must be returned within 24 hours to assess their condition and determine if a credit may be issued for a future order. No refunds will be given for canceled orders. Orders cancelled at least 2 weeks before the scheduled pickup date will be given credit for the amount paid, which will be good for 6 months following cancellation date. Orders canceled one week or closer to event will receive no credit. If we must cancel an order due to emergency, a full refund will be issued.
